你應該很高興才幾百刀就學習了這麽多：

1，可不可以租要先問，

2，可不可以改籬笆要先問，

3，可不可以改造房子要先問，

4，必須閱讀1，000頁的居委會條款，

5，收費便宜的代理，做事也便宜。

6， business is business, write it off and never mind again.

Think about it, if you lost $3,000 in one stock trade you won't blame the NYSE, why tangle with $300 for so long? It is not worth it. :)
