這個是不是騙子？

在網上發廣告要賣一架舊鋼琴，要價$6000。過了兩天收到手機短訊，有人說很感興趣，要我發email介紹信息情況。發email之後，隔天收到以下回信（未排版，原文如此）：

thanks so much for your response. I am so keen about the transaction and i am not ready for drama's so i hope you are also in for the goody. I am sure you will have received lots of offer but am offering you $6500 so i hope that beats other offers that you have got. I would have loved to call you concerning this transaction and view it first but i am an Army Officer and am currently in the BASE right now so its really going to be a bit hard to make or receive calls right now but am sure we can run the transaction successfully through here and i am cool with the little i have known about it. I will make a concrete pick up arrangement with my transport agent who will be coming over for pick up after you have received full payment into your  account and they will sign papers on my behalf if necessary. Am making the payment through PayPal or straight into your bank account from my Paypal account, so get back to me with your Paypal email or bank details where you will like the funds to be credited and i can get the funds sent asap. thanks.

根據在財壇學習的知識，我認為99.9%的可能性為騙局，大家是否認同？

另外，我想跟他玩玩。打算讓他把款轉到我的貸款對衝賬戶，如果過幾天他才withdraw或dishonor存入的支票，那麽帳麵上的付款可以對衝利息，因此從理論上可以節省一點兒利息，相當於反而從騙子那裏賺了幾毛錢；如果他當天就withdraw或dishonor支票，咱不過冷眼旁觀他的表演罷了，也沒任何損失。大家是否認為有理？
