Always feel bad of my own loan after I saw the mrtg rate in 方圓貸款

Why I can't get the same good mortgage rate as 方圓貸款 posted?It's the same state in post, I have good credit score. My rate is 0.3--0.5 higher than it posted. Does it mean I should change my loan officer? Thanks for any comments.
