Do not dismiss the case if the tenant did not pay the dues.

Unless you are happy with the result, donot dismiss it.  Just finished the eviction process so that you still have the right to go after the unpaid rent, fees and demage.

 

You need to go back to check the house and change the lock if the tenant is gone.
