Indian are very good at commercial RE

especially low-end hotels/motels, like motel 6, super 8, Howard Johnson, Ecolodge.  They also own many gas stations in south.  I also notice they are very good at leveraging capital.  They usually can get better terms of financing, which is essential for scaling up the holdings
