Price low right now

Been there many times.  West side has better schools and therefore better area.  Area near freeway (Hwy5 etc) so so but cheaper.  East side is good but caution the paper mill (smells bad).  Hate the weather.  Overall impression: more industrial area, kind of run down compared to SFBA.
