Thanks. ... I need to find out how they calculate fair market value. The assessed value in 2013 is much lower (-30%) than 2011. 

I need to re-think if buying it or not. 本來想買來出租的， 12% return. 要是3年就給征收了，獲利空間就沒多少了。 那還買來幹啥？
