謝謝回複！但我的租客一定要求請mold 專家。不然要訴我。我準備給他全換新的，牆，地板，但他不讓。必須MOLD 專家來做所有的事。

他們剛拿鑰匙才搬來一個禮拜。想不租給他們都難。
