What I would do with this

1. The home inspector was not permitted to open the wall panels so he had no way to find the mold behind the wall.

2. Mold remidiation is very expensive. $8000 easily.

3. I would do it myself. Buy bleach and spray over all the mold, then buy the Kalz (?? don't remember for sure) to cover it, then paint it.
