1. If your computer is too old (i.e. > 3 years), I suggest that you should try to get a Mac or a Linux computer. You do not need a windows. 

Solution 2:

In the meantime, you can download Chrome (https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/) or Firefox (http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/?from=sfx&uid=151435&t=216). 

install it and never use IE.
