Insurance company usually doesn't care. Insurance company may pay you 80% of rebuild cost first, holding 20% until you show the evidence that the damaged house is repaired or rebuilt. If you have mortgage, it will be different.
i can still sell the land. does insurance company pay you if you don't build the house?

Congratulations! The policy is good, the only concern is the fire limit is too low to me, nowadays, $150,000 can't build an over 1300 sqft brick house. I would suggest the fire limit is increased to $180,000 or $200,000. My opinion only.
