Here are some key spots you should make sure:
1. when you gave your WRITTEN offer to the listing agent?
For normal sale, the offer should be passed to the owner within 24 hours.
2.did the listing agent send your offer to the bank or not?
3. when was that offer given to the listing agent? and is the listing agent a dual agent?
(you must let the listing agent give you a copy of offer by that guy to verify)
4.if it is the bank that made the final decision, it is not the agent's fault. Your chance is coming. Hire a good lawyer to sue the bank.
