Absolutely right. My hu*****and used to believe that buyer agent is for buyer's interest. I told him agent is only for its interest, not for you. Only talk to listing agent. After a few failures, now we only deal with listing agents. However recently we found out that those commerical buildings are not as liquid as residentials, the agent may want to share the commission.
