To be exact, it's a 230000 sq ft. warehouse.

It's owned by a paper company and the business is going down hill. My guess is that they are trying to sell stuff before declaring bankrupcy.

I figured that, a normal warehouse should worth about $20/sq ft on that area, which is very reasonable. It will be an easy flipper for me.

Not sure how you guys came up a 90-100 bucks price range.
