Single mother w/  3 kids and 1 dog.  Terrible FICO  w/ annual income $27K/yr.  her mother w/ good FICO and solid income wants to co-sign rental lease with single mother but won’t live with her since she owns her own house.

 

Any problem to rent out to this single mother?  Your input is greatly appreciated.
