what if the bank keep the price, but you find a better one and want to cancel it? can i get the check back? short sale can take 6 month or more, the market may change a lot during this 6 month. as seller, they hold your deposit, but as buyer you hold nothing from seller. what if the seller decide to sell it to somebody else after 6 month?
