請各位資深地主幫忙看看，房客的credit report

新地主剛開始房客的信用，看到如下記錄，不知如何是好，想請諸位幫忙看看。

申請者是夫妻2人，除了最近的房子short sale之外沒有其它不良記錄，credit card也都是按時付的。但在太太的記錄裏有下麵這句話，先生的記錄裏沒有。先生有個small business，太太目前在家照顧他們3個月大的小孩。

Bankruptcy Filed: 12/10 Liability: $0 Assets: $0 How Filed: Individual Case Num:  *********  Comments: "Chapter 7 bankruptcy dismissed. Assessed amount paid on 04/20/2011. . Attorney or firm of record is PRO SE."

大家能幫我看看這句話代表什麽意思嗎? 有什麽後果嗎?
