幫忙看看這個租客可不可以

想把原來的自住房出租，廣告打出去一個星期了，看房的來了10來起，但是隻有一個人交了申請，我在北卡一個中等城市,這個房是6年新，5個臥室，3個衛生間，要租1595，這個申請人來看房的時候我稍微和他聊了會兒，人看著還可以，說是self-employee,跟人家一起開了個賣汽車的店，就是收購舊車，然後轉手賣給dealer或者別的人。3個小孩，大的8歲，小的4歲，老婆說是在上一個什麽學校，跟nurse有關的。當場他就交了申請費，添了申請表，但是我今天用citicredit查他的信用分數隻有520，最近幾年的collection比較多，少到200，多的5000， 倒是沒有eviction 紀錄。請幫忙看看這個人合格不？他在申請表上填了嶽母作為

co-applicatior,我還沒有收到他嶽母的材料。
