Decline all of those request

I had bad experience with it.

Once I received payment on credit card through paypal for deposit and first month rent. I verified money get into my bank account. Then they moved in. A month later, paypal reversed credit because the credit card company claimed that they reversed the credit to paypal. I had to evict the tenant.

After that I never accepted credit card or paypal payment. Credit card users can dispute charge pretty much without reason, and credit card company usually stand behind user.
