like the townhouse I sold in the early of 2008 is in the market now,
I sold it at $37.5K, now asking $280K and I checked the picture,
it has a lot of upgrade now ( at least $50k), I feel lucky to cut
price aggressively at that time.
but my two apartments in shanghai have been more than doubled. assume they will drop 50%, I still make money.
