Most people work at San francisco , oakland, and walnut creek. the current I-4 is very crowded. It takes about 2 to 3 hours in the morning from brentwood to a job center.There are some opportunities for appreciation when caltrain and I-4 expansion are done in 2 years and the special assessment is over in 3 years for some communities.
