你出租時沒really clean and didn't paint either?

My tenant is very clean and nice. And she keeps my rental house like a model home. I really like her. Most houses I saw, especialy the ones renting out by realtors, are super clean and beautiful. I believe clean and pretty houses attact clean and nice people.
