如何在bathroom安裝heat

最近買了一個房子，township inspector要求在兩個bathroom安裝heat。房子很老，用的還是象國內的暖氣管，是gas furnace。如何安裝最簡單，便宜。

另外basement的bathroom，contractor建議拆除，因為屋頂的高度不夠，說是illegal。但是township inspector沒有說什麽，隻要求安裝heat。我應該拆除嗎？
