not count the finished one bedroom, and not count the unfinished interial room. Will that work? I don't need to count more bedrooms to increase the appraised value, just want to make it match the county record so that I don't have any trouble. Will he do that? Can I just say those two additional rooms are for storage or office, not for bedroom.
