Dishonesty, bragging, misleading and greed exist on any professions, especially trading related fields. And if becoming a real estate agent requires a PhD, then you will be complaining on how costly and difficult to find one when you need it.

Mind your own business better and there is a reason why a profession in such a way last for such a long time.
