準備買個大點房子，用現在房子申請Equity Line of Credit會影響信用分數嗎？多謝

準備同一學區買個大點房子，現在房子將來是賣還是出租還沒定。用現在房子申請Equity Line of Credit（來幫助付大房子頭款和裝修，因為現在存款隻有14萬）會影響信用分數嗎？如果今年買不到房，明年才買到房，是不是還是今年開equity line of credit? Is it true that I have no loss as long as I don't borrow money from the account.Wells Fargo's HELOC好嗎？
