be extremly cautious to deal with Sec 8

I am in a great trouble in dealing with a Sec 8 tentant. She is a single mom with many kids. I think she is really spoiled by the goverment. her hu*****and has a job and a house, and lives with her. but they don't get married in order to take advantages of goverment benefits. in any means, try to avoid Sec 8. That is at least my decision. the quality of my life is significantly marred by Sec 8.
