That is Hanauma bay.

Transpacific fiber goes underneath of this bay. On top of that ridge, there are communication post. The view is much better up there. But you guys can not get up there. It has limited access. I drove up there in 1987.

Regular people never see the best of Hawaii, even residents. The places where the best views are, are usually for military. LOL
