ETL/mutual funds (i'd buy index fund with dollar cost average)

individual stocks (i'd buy leading companies,dominant in their area)

real estate, could be single family, town house, multi-family, commercial  (i'd buy single family with good location with relative good school system, close to major hiring companies)
