I am not realtor. it seems my realtor is willing to make offer for me even if I gave lowball offer most of the time(not too much, just 5% lower). All of my 3 winnning offers are less than listing price. I am not familiar with realor work, but just making offer does not seems, at least to me, to cost time for realtor especially all offers are routine and she has been doing same thing everyday. (I probably underestimate their work)

just based on what you said the behavior of your realtor, I will probably ask myself why I should continue hiring her and if she has other strength? many realors do credit you back some points, but my agent does not.
