RSU: special thx for 美西遊子and 福多多

It seems that the company did not put the RSU tax into Tax withhold on W2. (We did not sell RSU last year.)

I made a simple exec sheet for it, just found the # is not there.

1) Estimate of RSU tax is 41-45% of vested is deducted for tax.

2) You can find the total amount of RSU vested on last paycheck of the year.

3) Use the total tax withhold amount minus, salary withhold (amount of 1st pay check * 52) and SS/midcare withhold, minus option sale withhold.You will get a small difference, which is tax of bonus, etc.

4) the number is far from estimated amount of RSU tax withhold.

5) Will call etrade and the company payroll on Mon.
