請教前房東的遺留刁房客容易趕走嗎？

看上一REO房， 地點不錯住著房客, 但條件是“Please DO NOT DISTURB the occupant. Buyer will be responsible for obtaining possession of the property upon closing.”

請教各位大拿， 這是不是意味著前房東的房客很刁， 買後很難驅趕？ 這種房是不是不能碰？謝謝！
