thanks for your reply, it is said that we can choose either "Foreign Tax Credit" or "Foreign Earned Income Deduction".

And 1 more question: My china income is about $20k, my hu*****and's usa income is about 100k in Y2011, we have no kids or other resources of income. It seems we'd better choose the Credit, right?
