If you go back before 2008, the volume is as high as today's.
I do believe it is time for cautious: 1. At the end of March, a window dressing period? Especially so many people/funds missed the rally.2.Go staight of 30% without a correction? 3. Sell in May effect?
Bought some EEM today, any way. Keep 25% cash in hands.
