自住房去年租出3個月,應該報折舊(depreciation)嗎？聽說賣房時有收回(depreciation recapture)

Plan to sell the house as primary resident house 2 years later. If I claim depreciation now, do I need to pay back to IRS when I sell the house? Thanks.
