短賣房被體檢過了，向同學們匯報請示一下

體檢後發現：plumbing 要全換（update），雖然現在無大問題，但感覺它是一個隨時會爆的定時炸彈。兩個bath tabk有細小cracking, 也要換掉，以絕後患。

在我，我的agent和體檢師給房子作檢查時，房東也在，he is a very nice guy and we chatted and chatted. He wanted to be present because last time the inspector caused some damage! ...??

在這過程中居然來了四撥人看房，有agent 帶領的，有自己闖入的，有華艮，有阿米哥 。。。房東居然都讓進！！How can he put up with so much disturbance? 我的一般經驗是房東make it almost impossible to see the house so the house will be listed for sale for ever so that he or she can live in it forever, for free.

我在想counter offer 要求價格下調兩萬。同學們以為如何？
