Inventory is down in south FL, 房價要漲了嗎？

去年夏末去south FL （Naples 一帶）， 已經說"Inventory is down as compare to a year ago". 現在一去問， inventory is down another 20%! 好像聽起來和全國的大圖很不一樣。 除非兩個房產商都在騙我。是不是好區複蘇的快一些？ 

對東北部， 春天是hot season. For south FL， 對seller來講， 是不是season is over(getting to hot summer soon)?
