The bank will auction the house if I couldn't close it by 3/23/12. If I close it using my own cash and 1 day later the loan is also funded, will the escrow company refund me the balance? Will it be considered as cash out refinancing? Is it leagal? Really appreciate all your inputs! I really like the house.
