investmnt house location near bay area

look for an investment property near bay area that meets the following criteria:

1. within 100 miles from the mountain view/sunnyvale

2. single family around $200K, can be rented for about $1800 a month

3. good desirable neighborhood, can be easily rented

4. relatively new house, built after 2000

5. prefer no mello-roos, hoa

any suggestion?
