回複：question about rent loss

During the rebuild phase, which could last half a year, or longer, you still need to pay your mortgage, property tax as normal, and there is no rental income. I don't think the insurance cover rent loss, right? So overall you will loose than gain. Why they all say "因禍得福"? What I missed?
