first, you need to secure the property

make sure no further damage.  save anything you can such as appliances.

Insurance: (you contacted Insurance already).  Check the insurance policy and understand what is covered.talk to the tenant to see if s/he has renter's insurance.  

tenant: call red cross/or any local charity group to help your tenant. work out a plan with your tenant.

property: contact your handyman/contractor for estimation of the repair cost.

 

Sorry for the loss.  But you will be fine if you have good insurance to cover losses such as repair, rent loss...
