I got the similar situation

We use the house for cash out loan.
We want to wave escrow account, lend was not allawed unless we pay fees.

The mortgage agent told us after 120 days, we can cencel the escrow account. We want Agent to give us the letter to confirm it. They said they can't but some my co-work did after 4 months.

For secure reason, we paid fees =total loan amount x 0.25%

I mean something the agent will not write, but they tell you the method it may work.
