I have the retailer's email, is that enough?

 

My concern is that if we have to make it that complicated, the deal may be broken.

I had few email conversation with the retailer department, they specifically told me there is no issue, and the investor is Fannie Mae. That have done the similar cases many times over the country.

Is the email from the retailer againt sufficient? We have discussed it multiple times and he is very firm that there will be no fee.
