牆上18 個裂縫， 請問個位大佬，是否問題很大

在看一個REO房，inspection report says

"a pattern of 18 consistent cracks along what could be wall stud line."

這個是否問題很大？ 維修是否很貴？

還有地上也有一些裂縫。 請看照片
