my neighbour's house gets under contract within 11 days, my friend's offer at asking price was not accepted. another house in the same town is under contract after 3 days into market. But, does that mean the 房市 is 回暖? I don't know, as there is totally different situation in the area just less than 10 miles away: whole bunch of cheap houses, marked with price reduced.
