what I need to do when I change primary residence to rental

 

Hi anyone knows what I need to do if I change my primary residence to rental property just 6 months after purchase?

Do I need to change home owner insurance to landlord policy? and what else I need to do?

also I found the insurance policy is wrong regarding the built year of my house, do I need to tell the insurance company to change i?
