THANKS to all who has helped answer my tenant selection question

Thank you all for helping me choose my first tenant!  I picked the taxi driver family with 2 young kids.   the nurse family can't move in soona and also wants to have a dog later.  so I decided to pick the taxi driver although he has no credit history at all.  The driver paid 1st month, last month and 1 month security depoist(= montly rent) to me. His previous landlord where he rented for 5 years spoke pretty high about him and he looks like a family man!
