If you can rent it 2400/month, assume you borrow 80%, mortgage rate at 4.125%, your monthly total costs are around 1900, you can get 500 net cash flow, 500*12/76000=7.7% roe , not too bad, the key is 2400 rent, not sure it it is reasonable?
