I have not told the second bank yet.

I have one more property I am interested in this town, maybe I should give it to the second bank when I make an offer.

For the current two, I will propbably give to the first bank, but make it short, mayb just one year fixed. I anticipate the price will go up this year, so next year when the renewal comes, I can take some of the money out.
