請問:兩人合租,有一個人想 BREAK THE LEASE

請問:兩人合租,有一個人想 BREAK THE LEASE.She wants to find another person to replace her. LEASE SAYS THEY are individually, jointly and severally liable for the rent and other charges. AND also need to pay lease break fee.

But the other person still wants to live.  What will you do? Should I charge half lease break fee for the person breaking the lease?
